I tried filing the sharp edges of the feed ramps and while it did help some they would still miss feed every 5 rounds or so. They fed when there were only 5-7 rounds in the magazine, but once loaded with 10 or more not very well at all. Hornady 9th has 208 Amax data ranges for those powders: Lil gun: 6.7-11.4 5744: 9-12.9 H110: 7.3-11.7 COL: 2. Yours will most likely like something else. 2.120 COAL All three of these loads are 970-980 fps which is the speed range this barrel likes. I am a lil-gun junkie I use it for 300 blackout, 44 mag, 480 ruger, 458 socom and 50 beowulf. So i set my powder measure for 8 grains and one throw for subsonuc loads and two throws of the lever for supersonic loads.

There I sat 10 yards from 20+ pigs with a rifle that hung up round after round. These subsonic loads are what my 8' suppressed pistol likes. The best part is the load data itself, 8 grains for subsonic loads and 16 for supersonic. This happened several times including once when I had a huge sounder cornered in a field surrounded by pig fence after they found an opening and could not find their way out. My issue was the copper part of the bullet just past the flex tip insert would get caught on the feed ramps and would not chamber.

My Aero M4E1 upper/lower with a Ballistic Advantage 10.3" Performance Series barrel did not like to feed it very well, and I tried three different types of magazine including the P-Mag 300BO mags. I did not have very good luck with the Hornady 190gr Sub-X like ARx3 did.
